Corporate Officer Liability for Violation of Wage Payment Law

Officers of a corporation can be personally liable for unpaid wages and fringe benefits under the Pennsylvania Wage Payment and Collection Law, if they have an active role in the decision-making of the company. International Ass'n of Theatrical Stage Employees Local Union No. 3 v.
