Now that summer is here, many employers will be hiring teenagers to fill temporary jobs. There are
state and
federal limitations on the maximum hours of work, types of work, and
work authorization documentation for "child labor". Different aged children are limited in the
jobs they can perform and the hours they can work. The use of child labor is an situation that employers need to carefully monitor in their workforces because it is frequently audited and
