Happy New Year!  Legal Links is a list of legal news, reported cases, community events and topics of interest to Lancaster residents and readers of the Lancaster Law Blog.

1.  Got Plans? If not, watch the Red Rose drop and enjoy a free concert at the City of Lancaster’s annual New Year’s Eve celebration downtown at Binn’s Park from 10:00 pm to midnight.
